The Supervisor Calendar section is structured to display scheduled tasks, inspections, and routine checks for supervisors in a clear, visual format:
- Task – The specific activity or inspection scheduled (e.g., Preop Inspection, Room Temperature, Sanitation)
- Date & Time – When the task is scheduled
- Location / Area – The facility or area associated with the task
- View / Details – Option to see more details about each task
This centralized calendar provides a day-by-day, week-by-week view of all assigned responsibilities, enabling supervisors to manage and track operational tasks efficiently.
Why it matters
It ensures that all inspections and routine checks are conducted on schedule, supports compliance with food safety and quality standards, improves operational planning and resource allocation, and provides documented evidence of task completion for audits and accountability.
Step-By-Step
1 — View the Calendar
At the top-right of the page, click the purple “Calendar” button.
This opens the calendar.

2 — Choose your Filters
This step is optional. You have the possibility of choosing what you want to see on your calendar based on the location, the task, the responsible and the month.

3 - View the Tasks on the Calendar
You now have access to all the month records on the calendar.
Pending Tasks
Overview
Pending Tasks Dashboard – The dashboard is structured to provide supervisors with a centralized overview of all tasks requiring attention:
Task / Module – The specific task or responsibility, organized by module (e.g., Inspections, Equipment Calibration, Work Orders)
Assigned To / Supervisor – The supervisor responsible for the task
Status / Priority – Current state of the task (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed) and its urgency
Due Date / Time – When the task is expected to be completed
View / Details – Option to see more details about each task
This centralized dashboard allows supervisors to quickly identify and prioritize responsibilities across different operational areas, efficiently manage pending work, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

This dashboard is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and compliance. By having a clear and organized view of pending tasks, supervisors can prioritize actions, ensure timely completion, and reduce the risk of missed responsibilities. Step-By-Step Actions
1 — Open Pending Tasks
Click the green “Pending Task” button located at the top right of the page.

2 — View the List of Tasks
You will see a list of all tasks that are pending completion, organized by location, section, or module as applicable.
3 — Select a Task to Complete
To complete a task, click the purple button located to the right of the task in the list.

4 — Complete the Task
A page will open where you can:
- Check the checklist or items needed
- Update the status to reflect completion
- (Optional) Add comments for context or observations
Once finished, click Submit — the task is now marked as completed in the system.
Pending Approval

The Pending Approval dashboard centralizes all tasks that require supervisor review and authorization. Key information includes:
- Location – The site associated with the task
- Completed By – The individual responsible for completing the task
- Description – Details about the task and its expected completion
- View / Details – Option to see more information for each task
- Action – Allows the supervisor to approve or reject the task
This dashboard enables supervisors to efficiently track and prioritize pending work across multiple operational areas, ensuring that approvals are handled promptly and workflows remain uninterrupted.

Step-by-Step Actions
1 — Open Pending Approval
Click the purple “Pending Approval” button located at the top right of the page.
You will see a list of all tasks currently awaiting supervisor approval.

2 — View Task Details
To review a task, click “View Details” for the specific task.
This opens a pop-up showing:
- Room
- Description
- Frequency
- Status
- Picture (if applicable)
- Corrective Actions
You can modify any details in the pop-up before approving, or simply review and close it.


3 — Approve a Task
To approve a task without modifying details:
- Check the white box to the right of the task.
- Click the purple “Approve Selected” button.
The task is now approved and removed from the pending list.

Temperature & Humidity Control Dashboards
Overview
Temperature & Humidity Control Dashboard – The dashboard is structured to allow supervisors to actively monitor environmental conditions across different areas:
Select Location – Choose the facility or site to view real-time temperature and humidity data.
Select Room – Filter the dashboard to a specific room or area within the selected location for detailed monitoring.
Temperature / Humidity Readings – Displays the current temperature and humidity levels for the selected room or location.
View / Details – Option to access historical trends, alerts, or anomalies for each area.
Why it matters
Maintaining proper temperature and humidity is critical for product safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This active dashboard ensures supervisors can quickly identify deviations, respond to issues in real time, and keep conditions within required specifications, preventing potential losses or compliance risks.

1 — Access the Dashboard Graphs
From the Home Dashboard, scroll to the bottom to view the Temperature and Humidity Control graphs.
2 — View Detailed Dashboard
To access a dedicated page for temperature and humidity control, click the “View Details” button on the graph section.
This opens a page focused solely on monitoring and analyzing temperature and humidity data.

3 — Filter the Data
On the dedicated page, you can filter the displayed data by:
- Location
- Room
- Custom date range
Applying filters allows you to focus on specific areas or time periods for precise monitoring.

4 — Analyze the Data
Use the graphs and filtered data to:
- Monitor temperature and humidity trends
- Identify any deviations from set thresholds
- Take action if conditions fall outside acceptable ranges
This ensures conditions are consistently tracked and maintained.
NORMIE
Overview
NORMIE is a friendly AI agent integrated into the NORMEX platform, designed to provide quick support and guidance for all food safety–related questions. Acting as your personal NORMEX assistant, NORMIE helps users navigate the platform, understand procedures, and access information efficiently, making food safety management easier and more accessible for everyone in the organization.
Why it matters
Having NORMIE available ensures that users can receive instant guidance without needing to search through manuals or wait for support. This improves compliance, reduces errors, and enhances the overall efficiency of day-to-day food safety operations.

1 — Open NORMIE
From the Home Dashboard, click on the robot icon located next to your profile at the top right of the page.

2 — Launch the Chat Window
Normie will appear in a separate window, ready to interact with you.

3 — Ask Away
Type your questions or requests related to food safety, NORMEX procedures, or platform navigation. NORMIE will provide guidance, instructions, or relevant information in real time.
