The Approve Quality Inspection section is structured to document and formally approve quality inspections conducted within the facility:
- Location – The facility or area where the inspection is performed
- Time – The date and time of the inspection
- Description – Details of the inspection findings and observations
- Completed By – The individual who performed or recorded the inspection
- Approved By – The person responsible for reviewing and approving the inspection
- Approval Date – The date the inspection was formally approved
- Comments – Additional notes, observations, or corrective actions
This section centralizes quality inspection approval records for consistency and traceability.
Why it matters
It ensures products and processes meet quality standards, supports regulatory and safety compliance, identifies areas for corrective action, and provides documented evidence for audits and continuous improvement.
Step-by-step actions
1 — Open the Quality Section
From the left-side dashboard menu, click on the Quality section to access quality-related modules.

2 — Select “Quality Inspection”
Within the Quality section, select Quality Inspection to view existing quality inspection records.

3 — View Checklist
Click the purple “View Checklist” button.
This displays the list of quality inspection checklist items.

4 — Modify or Delete Checklist Items
To update an existing checklist item, click the green pen icon next to the item.
To delete a checklist item, click the red trash can icon.

5 — Create Quality Inspection Items
Click the purple “Create Quality Inspection Items” button.
A form will open where you can:
- Select the Location
- Select the Room
- Select the Sub-Category
- Add a Quality Checklist Item
- Select the Task Frequency
Once completed, click Submit to save the quality inspection items.
