🧽 Approve Postop Inspections

Overview

💡This section is only available to the Manager profile and Supervisor Profile💡

The Post-Op Inspection section is structured to document and approve inspections conducted after production or facility operations:

  • Location – The facility or area where the inspection is performed
  • Time – The date and time of the post-op inspection
  • Description – Details of the inspection findings and observations
  • Completed By – The individual who performed or recorded the inspection
  • Approved By – The person responsible for reviewing and approving the inspection
  • Approval Date – The date the inspection was formally approved
  • Comments – Additional notes, observations, or corrective actions

This section centralizes post-op inspection records for consistency and traceability.

Why it matters

It ensures operations were completed safely and correctly, verifies compliance with hygiene and safety standards, identifies any corrective actions needed, and provides documented evidence for audits and quality assurance.

Step-by-step actions

1 — Open the Sanitation Section

From the left-side dashboard menu, click on the Sanitation section to access sanitation-related modules.

2 — Select “Post-Op Inspection”

Within the Sanitation section, select Post-Op Inspection to view existing post-op inspection records.

3 — Modify or Delete Post-Op Inspection Records

To update an existing post-op inspection record, click the green pen icon next to the record.

To delete a record, click the red trash can icon.

4 — View Post-Op Inspection Checklist

Click the purple “View Checklist” button.

This displays the list of post-op inspection checklist items.

5 — Modify or Delete Post-Op Inspection Checklist Items

To update an existing checklist item, click the green pen icon next to the item.

To delete a checklist item, click the red trash can icon.

6 — Create Post-Op Inspection Items

Click the purple “Create Post-Op Inspection Items” button.

A form will open where you can:

  • Select the Location
  • Select the Room
  • Select the Sub-Category
  • Add a Post-Op Inspection Checklist Item
  • Select the Task Frequency
    • or

  • Upload an XLSX file

Once completed, click Submit to save the inspection items.

7 — View Work Instructions

Click the green “View Work Instructions” button.

This displays the list of post-op inspection work instructions.

8 — Modify or Delete Work Instructions

To update an existing work instruction, click the green pen icon next to the instruction.

To delete a work instruction, click the red trash can icon.

9 — Create Work Instruction

Click the purple “Create Work Instruction” button.

A form will open where you can:

  • Select the Location
  • Enter the Title
  • Enter the Work Instruction

Click Submit to save the work instruction.
