The Chemical Testing section is structured to document and track chemical tests performed within the facility:
- Location – The area or facility where the testing is conducted
- Chemical – The specific chemical being tested
- Completed By – The individual who performed or recorded the test
- Comments – Observations, results, or additional notes regarding the test
This section centralizes chemical testing records for clarity and traceability.
Why it matters
It ensures chemicals are properly monitored, supports safety and regulatory compliance, helps prevent contamination or misuse, and provides documented evidence for audits and operational accountability.
Step-by-step actions
1 — Open the Sanitation Section
From the left-side dashboard menu, click on the Sanitation section to access sanitation-related modules.

2 — Select “Chemical Testing”
Within the Sanitation section, select Chemical Testing to view existing chemical testing records.

3 — Modify or Delete Chemical Testing Records
To update an existing chemical testing record, click the green pen icon next to the record.
To delete a record, click the red trash can icon.

4 — View Chemical Testing Checklist
Click the purple “View Checklist” button.
This displays the list of chemical testing checklist items.

5 — Modify or Delete Checklist Items
To update an existing checklist item, click the green pen icon next to the item.
To delete a checklist item, click the red trash can icon.

6 — Create Chemical Testing Items
Click the purple “Create Chemical Testing Items” button.
A form will open where you can:
- Select the Location
- Add a New Chemical
- Enter the Minimum Value
- Enter the Maximum Value
- Select the Unit
- Select the Task Frequency
or
- Upload an XLSX file
Once completed, click Submit to save the chemical testing items.

7 — Create Chemical Testing Record
Click the green “Create Chemical Testing” button located at the top left of the page.
A form will open where you can:
- Select the Location
- Select the Date
- Select the Chemical Testing Checklist
- Enter Comments
Click Submit to create the chemical testing record.
