The Inspection Checklist section is structured to document and formally approve routine inspections within the facility:
- Location – The facility or area where the inspection is performed
- Time – The date and time of the inspection
- Description – Details of the inspection tasks and observations
- Completed By – The individual who performed or recorded the inspection
- Approved By – The person responsible for reviewing and approving the inspection
- Approval Date – The date the inspection was formally approved
- Comments – Additional notes, observations, or follow-up actions
This section centralizes inspection records for consistency and traceability.
Why it matters
It ensures routine inspections are properly conducted and verified, supports safety and quality compliance, identifies areas for corrective action, and provides documented evidence for audits and continuous improvement.
Step-by-step actions
1 — Open the Inspection Checklist Module
From the left-side dashboard menu, click on the Inspection Checklist icon to access inspection-related tools and records.

2 — View the Inspection Checklist
At the top of the page, click the green “View Inspection Checklist” button.
This opens the list of existing inspection checklists.

3 — Create a New Inspection Checklist
To create a new checklist, click the “Create Inspection Checklist” button.
A form will appear where you can:
- Enter the name of the checklist
- Define the task frequency
Once completed, click Submit — the inspection checklist is now created and ready for use.


4 — Modify an Existing Inspection Checklist
To update an existing checklist, locate it in the list and click the green pen icon beside its name.
This allows you to edit the checklist name or task frequency as needed.

5 — Delete an Existing Inspection Checklist
To delete an inspection checklist, locate it in the list and click the red trash icon beside its name.
This permanently removes the checklist from the system.
