The Orientation Checklist section is structured to document and track the onboarding and orientation of new employees within the facility:

  • Orientation Checklist Details – Items covered during orientation, including procedures, safety, and compliance training
  • Completed By – The individual responsible for conducting or recording the orientation
  • Comments – Additional notes, observations, or follow-up actions

This section centralizes orientation records for clarity and traceability.

Why it matters

It ensures new employees are properly trained and informed, supports workplace safety and regulatory compliance, promotes consistency in onboarding, and provides documented evidence for audits and workforce management.

Step-by-step actions

1 — Open the Orientation Checklist Module

From the left-side dashboard menu, click on the Orientation Checklist icon to access orientation-related tools and records.

2 — View the Orientation Checklist

At the top of the page, click the green “View Orientation Checklist” button.

This opens the list of existing orientation checklists.

3 — Create a New Orientation Checklist

To create a new checklist, click the “Create Orientation Checklist” button.

A form will appear where you can:

  • Enter the name of the checklist
  • Define the location

Once completed, click Submit — the orientation checklist is now created and ready for use.

4 — Modify an Existing Orientation Checklist

To update an existing checklist, locate it in the list and click the green pen icon beside its name.

This allows you to edit the checklist name or task frequency as needed.

5 — Delete an Existing Orientation Checklist

To delete an orientation checklist, locate it in the list and click the red trash icon beside its name.

This permanently removes the checklist from the system.
