Overview

The Production Sheet section is structured to document and track production activities and materials used in manufacturing:
- Location – The facility or area where production takes place
- Product Name – The name of the product being produced
- Time – Date and time of production
- Lot # – Batch or lot number for traceability
- Qty – Quantity produced
- Ingredient Details – Information on ingredients used in the batch
- More – Additional notes or observations
This section centralizes production records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and operational oversight.
Why it matters
It ensures production is properly documented, supports traceability from ingredients to finished product, enables quality control, and provides essential records for audits and regulatory compliance.
Step-by-step actions
1 — Open the Recall Section
From the left-side dashboard menu, click on the Recall section to access production-related modules.

2 — Select “Production Sheet”
Within the Production section, select Production Sheet to view existing production records.

3 — Modify or Delete Records
To update an existing production sheet, click the green pen icon next to the record.
To delete a record, click the red trash can icon.

4 — Create Production Sheet
Click the purple “Create Production Sheet” button.
A form will open where you can:
- Select the Location
- Select the Date
- Select the Time
- Choose Work-in-Progress or Finished Products
- Select the Product
- Enter the Lot
- Enter the Quantity
- Select 1st Packaging Materials
- Select 2nd Packaging Materials
- Enter Comments
Once completed, click Submit to save the production sheet.


5 — View / Create 1st Packaging Materials
Click the green “View 1st Packaging Materials” button to see existing records.
- Modify or Delete existing packaging materials as needed.
- To create new materials, click Create 1st Packaging Materials:
- Select Location
- Enter Packaging Material
- Click Submit



6 — View / Create 2nd Packaging Materials
Click the purple “View 2nd Packaging Materials” button to see existing records.
- Modify or Delete existing 2nd packaging materials.
- To create new materials, click Create 2nd Packaging Materials:
- Select Location
- Enter Packaging Material
- Click Submit



7 — View Work Instructions
Click the View Work Instructions button to access related work instructions.
- You can modify or delete existing instructions.
- To create a new work instruction, open the form:
- Select Location
- Enter the Title
- Enter the Work Instruction
- Click Submit
