🍰 Traceability Report

Overview

💡This section is only available to the Manager profile💡

The Manage Traceability Report section is structured to document and track the movement of materials and products throughout the supply chain:

  • Ingredients Traceability Report – Tracks raw materials from receipt to use in production, ensuring full visibility of each ingredient
  • Finished Product Traceability Report – Tracks finished products from production through distribution, enabling recall readiness and product tracking

This section centralizes traceability records to provide clear, accessible, and verifiable information on both ingredients and finished products.

Why it matters

It ensures full traceability of materials and products, supports food safety and regulatory compliance, enables rapid response during recalls, and strengthens supply chain transparency and accountability.

Step-by-step actions

1 — Open the Recall Section

From the left-side dashboard menu, click on the Recall section to access traceability-related modules.

2 — Select “Traceability Report”

Within the section, select Traceability Report to view traceability options.

3 — Ingredients Traceability Report

Click the green “Ingredients Traceability Report” button.

This opens the ingredients traceability report, where you can:

  • View all relevant traceability data for ingredients
  • Review sources, lots, and movement history

Records are view-only, but you can generate or export the report as needed.

4 — Finished Product Traceability Report

Click the purple “Finished Product Traceability Report” button.

This opens the finished product traceability report, where you can:

  • View all relevant traceability data for finished products
  • Review production lots, distribution, and inventory history

Reports are view-only and can be generated or exported as needed.
