Here is the process to create a bug report:
There are several bugs categories:
Tier 1
These bugs have the highest priority and prevent you from adding records in NORMEX. It’s usually 48h for our engineers to fix.
In the bug report, you have to select: “I’m totally blocked”
Tier 2
These bugs do not prevent you from adding records in NORMEX but functionalities do not appear the way they should. Annoying 😫…
It’s usually 72h for our engineers to fix. In the bug report, you have to select: “There is a work around for now”.
Tier 3
These could be bugs or just improvements to be made.
It’s usually 1 to 2 weeks for our engineers to fix. In the bug report, you have to select: “Just so you know”
