NORMEX is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. That means the system is already developed, structured, and continuously improved for food safety and quality management.
We configure NORMEX to match your operations (HACCP, GFSI, CFIA, FDA, etc.), but we do not build a brand-new software from scratch for each client.
This model allows us to:

- Continuously improve the platform for all users

If someone is looking for a fully bespoke development project, that’s a different model entirely — and a much more expensive one.
